Our ability to make collections available for research in a timely manner wouldn’t be possible without the core of dedicated volunteers who have so graciously lent their time over the years. In addition to community volunteers, we maintain a robust internship program with several local colleges and universities and when we have the funding to do so, we offer paid internships.

Volunteers learn valuable skills in archival basics and non-profit operation, such as: digitization,
processing collections, cataloging books, creating exhibits, helping with events, assisting with newsletters and press releases, assisting with grant applications, photography, and much more!
